  The hotel is competitively priced for the area and right on the beach. The pool is lovely and there is a separate area perfect for children to play. The rooms are okay and were getting a makeover the last time I stayed there (September 2016). We had booked again for this year however the hotel has to close due to the hurricane. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

  The staff was great they were very very nice. The room was clean and even had a microwave. It's in a great location; its walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel! And when ever I go back to Cocoa Beach I will be staying here again for sure.
